Reserve a Room

The Library's quiet study room can be reserved in advance. This study room is perfect for individual study.

Starting November 2, 2021, the Program Room will once again be available by reservation only to town boards, committees, and nonprofit community groups. All meetings and events held here must be open to the public.  In order to support social distancing, the Board of Library Trustees has set the room's capacity to a maximum of 15 (as of 3/1/2022 this will increase to 30). The CDC and Bolton Board of Health strongly recommend the use of face coverings while indoors.
To Reserve a Room Online:
The Program Room can also be reserved by returning a completed Program Room Reservation Form to the Library in person or by mail. You can download a copy of the form here by clicking here or by requesting a copy at the Main Circulation Desk. Faxed or e-mailed forms will not be accepted.  The Director or designate will contact you about the status of your application. Confirmation will be conveyed in writing.

Please read the Program Room Policy and the Parking Policy before completing the Reservation form.  If, after reading, you believe that your event meets the requirements stated in the Program Room Policy and Parking Policy, you may submit a request to the Library Director using the application form provided.
